In April 2021, eight steel mills announced their maintenance plans. Among them, Maanshan Iron & Steel plans to start the inspection and repair of the large rod line in the southern area on May 3. It is estimated that the inspection and repair will be 14 days, and the total output will be about 50,000-60,000 tons. Secondly, Zhuhai Yuegang's bar production line plans to stop production for maintenance on April 6th, and the planned period is 15 days. It is expected to resume production on April 20th, affecting about 55,000 tons of output.
