The Eurasian Economic Union issued the first anti-dumping sunset review of Ukrainian seamless stainless steel pipes to disclose the final ruling
On July 22, 2021, the Department of Internal Market Protection of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued the Announcement No. 2021/285/AD21R1 in the official gazette, which issued an announcement on seamless stainless steel pipes with a diameter of 426 mm or less from Ukraine (Russian: бесшовныетрубыизкоррозионностойкой ( нержавеющей)стали) The first anti-dumping sunset review of the final ruling disclosed, it is recommended to maintain the anti-dumping duties determined by Resolution No. 6 of January 26, 2016, with a validity period of 5 years.
Stakeholders should submit comments on this case before August 6, 2021 (inclusive).
On February 10, 2015, the Eurasian Economic Union initiated an anti-dumping investigation on seamless stainless steel pipes of Ukrainian origin. Pursuant to Resolution No. 6 on January 26, 2016, the Eurasian Economic Union imposed anti-dumping duties on the products involved in Ukraine at a rate of 4.32% to 18.96%, valid until February 25, 2021 (inclusive). On October 19, 2020, the Eurasian Economic Commission initiated the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation on the products involved in Ukraine. On December 31, 2020, the Eurasian Economic Commission extended the expiration date of the anti-dumping duties on the products involved in Ukraine from February 26, 2021 to October 18, 2021, with a tax rate of 4.32% to 18.96%.
