According to media reports, on August 3, Shagang Yongxing Special Steel Co., Ltd. successfully signed a contract to acquire Huixin Special Steel's production capacity, marking the company's comprehensive completion of the steel integrated production capacity acquisition phase.

 

It is reported that Shagang Yongxing Special Steel Co., Ltd. has completed the acquisition of the production capacity of two private enterprises, Anyang Huacheng Bosheng Steel Co., Ltd. and Anyang Huixin Special Steel Co., Ltd. The preliminary plan is to start construction in October this year, and it will be fully completed by the end of 2023. Put into operation.
